Northlane - Talking Heads

 

 

Talking head는 카메라가 뭘 찍고 있는데 갑자기 와서 얼굴들이대면서 자기 하고 싶은 말하는 사람들을 일컫습니다. 여기서 의미는 내가 원하지도, 의식하지 않아도 마음대로 튀어나와서 나를 괴롭게 만드는 기억 속의 목소리들을 말합니다.
 영어가사 해석하다보면 곤란한 게 정말 많은데 딱히 뭐라고 해석할 수 없을 때가 너무 많습니다; 마치 한국어 특유의 비유들을 영어로 번역하기가 곤란한 것처럼, 영어에 비유나 중의적인 의미가 담겼을 때 딱 맞는 해석을 찾기가 너무 어렵습니다;
